Key Responsibilities
- →Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and product roles, from intake to offer
- →Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring success
- →Run structured, data-informed processes that drive both quality and speed
- →Own key hiring processes in Berlin while supporting global expansion efforts
- →Champion a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across markets
- →Contribute to ongoing process improvements and knowledge-sharing across the TA team
Requirements
- ✓Experience recruiting in scaling startups or high-growth companies
- ✓Track record of successful full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical roles
- ✓Confidence building partnerships with hiring teams and stakeholders
- ✓Strong communication skills in English and a structured, strategic approach to hiring
