About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Tech team at Almedia, a rapidly growing company aiming to become Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn. This role focuses exclusively on sourcing top-of-funnel talent for mid-to-senior level openings.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strategic Sourcing: Identify experienced talent across corporate, Go-To-Market, and technical roles using LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities, and events.
- →Pipeline Generation: Build and nurture diverse, evergreen talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- →Targeted Outreach: Craft compelling, personalized outreach messages to engage passive, seasoned professionals.
- →Generalist Focus: Focus on experienced talent across various functions in the Berlin market and support international expansion.
- →Data Experimentation: Experiment with sourcing tactics, channels, and messaging to improve response rates.
- →ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing intelligence in our ATS (Ashby) and other tools.
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, with a proven track record of engaging experienced passive talent.
- ✓A strong generalist background, successfully sourcing across multiple complex functions (Tech, Finance, Marketing, Operations).
- ✓Mastery of Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter tricks, and niche search strategies.
- ✓Strong written communication skills in English with the ability to tailor messaging for different candidate personas.
- ✓A curious, persistent, analytical, and creative approach to talent mapping and market research.
- ✓Nice to Have: Experience in the European startup market.
