About the Role
The Operations Lead is a member of the store leadership team at ALO, responsible for driving and coaching to profitability and efficiency. This role works closely with Operations & Visual Managers to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and execute inventory management processes effectively
- →Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues
- →Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, and processing
- →Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
- →Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards
- →Partner with managers to manage reporting, budgets, and expenses
- →Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics
- →Assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests
- →Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations
- →Oversee Operations Associates and responsible for recruitment and development
- →Evaluate operations associates and provide feedback
- →Collaborate with Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead
- →Execute company-level operation-focused directives
- →Open and close the store in accordance with BOH standards
Requirements
- ✓2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- ✓Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making
- ✓Values feedback and is receptive to receiving and providing it
- ✓Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- ✓Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
- ✓Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
- ✓Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- ✓Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- ✓Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
