About the Role
We are looking for a Fund Operations Specialist to join our team at AlphaGrep China, a dedicated RMB asset management platform focused on the Chinese market. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of private securities investment funds and supporting various operational aspects of our investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Product full lifecycle management: Responsible for the entire operational process of the company's private securities investment funds, including establishment, filing, account opening, daily subscription and redemption, dividend distribution, and liquidation.
- →Trading support and settlement: Execute fund transfer instructions, coordinate with custodians and brokers to complete daily transaction data clearing, valuation verification, and fund settlement.
- →Data maintenance and analysis: Maintain product operation-related data, verify accuracy, assist with data statistics, analysis, and report preparation.
- →Account maintenance and management: Responsible for opening, changing, and maintaining various accounts such as securities accounts, futures accounts, and fund accounts.
- →Information disclosure and compliance reporting: Prepare and verify various periodic and non-periodic reports according to regulatory requirements and fund contract terms, providing accurate and timely information disclosure to investors, regulatory authorities, and partners.
- →Other tasks: Complete other operational tasks assigned by superiors and cooperate with cross-departmental work.
Requirements
- ✓Work experience: At least 2 years of operational experience in private securities funds, securities custodian department, or related financial institutions. Familiar with the full process of private securities funds.
- ✓Professional skills: Familiar with trading rules and settlement valuation processes, with a clear understanding of fund-related data indicator calculations.
- ✓Strong logical thinking: Able to clearly organize logic and solve problems when facing complex business processes and multi-party data verification.
- ✓Meticulous and patient: Sensitive to numbers, meticulous in work, able to handle repetitive and detailed verification tasks with strong responsibility.
- ✓Communication and coordination: Possess good internal and cross-departmental communication skills, able to flexibly and efficiently coordinate relationships with various parties.
- ✓Language skills: Able to use English as a working language for written communication and daily oral communication.
