About the Role

This role sits on AlphaSense's Financial Services Account Management team, serving Fortune 1000 firms and leading asset managers, hedge funds, and investment banks. Account Managers are the primary commercial and relationship owners for a named book of high-value Financial Services customers, responsible for renewals, customer health, adoption, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

→Own renewals end-to-end, including strategy, forecasting, timing, and execution
→Identify risk early and drive mitigation plans decisively with internal partners
→Identify and drive expansion opportunities by building conviction around value and outcomes
→Partner with Account Executives to execute upsell motions within existing clients
→Ensure AlphaSense delivers sustained value throughout the customer lifecycle
→Lead focused, outcome-driven executive conversations and business reviews
→Build multi-threaded relationships across users, decision-makers, and sponsors

Requirements

✓Comfortable under pressure in a high-growth environment
✓Commercially minded with understanding of renewal ownership and expansion
✓Solid understanding of how financial firms operate
✓Fluent in SaaS, including usage-based value, renewals, forecasting, and metrics-driven execution
✓Structured and proactive approach to managing competing demands
✓Strong communicator able to distill complex topics quickly
