About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Global Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our global recruitment efforts across Product & Engineering at AlphaSense. This role involves developing a forward-looking talent strategy, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring AlphaSense attracts top talent to support our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with AlphaSense’s business objectives
- →Forecast hiring needs and build scalable recruitment processes
- →Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters and TA managers across multiple geographies
- →Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and department heads on all hiring matters
- →Drive efficiency through recruitment technology, automation, and reporting tools
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of recruitment experience within Product & Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- ✓Proven success in designing and executing global TA strategies in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience leading multi-location teams and hiring across diverse functions
- ✓Strong business acumen and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- ✓Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in TA Analytics and reporting
