About the Role

AlphaSense is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across high-impact teams including Finance & Accounting, People, Marketing, Content, Security & IT, and Data & Analytics. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles, partnering with hiring managers to deliver consistent hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

→Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer negotiation
→Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define success criteria
→Proactively source and engage passive talent through strategic outreach
→Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining organization
→Drive structured interview processes with hiring teams
→Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
→Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
→Leverage data to inform hiring strategy
→Maintain accurate ATS data and generate reports
→Champion inclusive hiring practices
→Contribute to TA team initiatives

Requirements

✓3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments
✓Experience recruiting for Finance, People, Marketing, Operations, IT, Security, or Content
✓Strong sourcing skills for passive talent
✓Ability to manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
✓Strong organizational skills
✓Experience with recruiting systems and tools
✓Commitment to inclusive candidate experience
✓Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
