Content Creator

Location: Baghdad/Full Time

Are you a highly creative, data-driven storyteller who can captivate audiences in both the Arabic and English digital spheres? Do you have a passion for turning ideas into engaging videos, graphics, and social media posts? We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Content Creator to join our team. If you have 3+ years of professional experience developing compelling content across multiple platforms and speak both languages fluently, we want to see your work!

Key Responsibilities 1. Content Production: Plan, film, edit, and publish high-quality multimedia content (short-form videos for TikTok/Reels, static graphics, stories, long-form content) optimized for each platform. 2. Bilingual Strategy: Develop and execute creative content calendars and campaigns targeted at audiences in both Arabic and English markets. 3. Transcreation/Localization: Ensure all content is accurately localized and culturally relevant for Arabic-speaking audiences (using Modern Standard Arabic or relevant dialects as needed) while maintaining brand consistency with the English-language content. 4. Platform Management: Oversee content posting, community engagement, and performance tracking across key social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X). 5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all bilingual campaigns. 6. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and best practices in the MENA region and globally.

Required Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Content Creator. Language Fluency: Fluency in both English and Modern Standard Arabic (written and spoken). Technical Skills: Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro/CapCut, Photoshop/Canva). Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing successful examples of video, graphic, and social media content created for professional brands in both languages. Analytics: Experience using social media analytics tools to measure performance and derive actionable insights. Communication: Excellent ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback clearly and concisely.
