About the Role
We are looking for an Agile Project Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on implementing project management methodologies and coordinating agile workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Roll out SQCDP and Visual Management methods in the project environment
- →Implement agile methods and workflows in Jira, both technically and organizationally
- →Create dashboards and track KPIs clearly, transparently, and data-driven
- →Motivate stakeholders, keep them engaged, and ensure follow-ups and progress in projects
- →Monitor dashboard developments, identify risks, and derive measures
- →Act as a communication interface between teams, management, and project leadership
- →Coach teams in agile principles and promote continuous improvement of collaboration
Requirements
- ✓Experience with SQCDP and Visual Management methodologies
- ✓Strong knowledge of agile methods and workflows
- ✓Proficiency in Jira for technical and organizational implementation
- ✓Ability to create dashboards and track KPIs effectively
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Experience in coaching teams in agile principles
- ✓Ability to identify risks and derive appropriate measures
