About the Role
We are looking for a Project Cost Analyst to manage time allocation and cost tracking for projects. This role involves ensuring accurate time reporting and cost management to support project profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Verify time entries according to project managers' requirements
- →Conduct weekly follow-ups for time reporting
- →Assist in resolving time allocation issues
- →Conduct training sessions on time reporting tools
- →Monitor monthly time adjustments in anticipation of project closures
- →Track projected costs and price evolution
- →Identify incorrectly allocated costs
- →Implement actions to remove incorrect costs
- →Support mission management by creating new missions
- →Monitor and resolve mission creation blocks
- →Anticipate mission end dates for adjustments
