Le Data Analyst aura comme missions :
Analyse et Reporting :
• Collecter, nettoyer et analyser les données RH (effectifs, turnover, recrutement, formation, performance, etc.).
• Concevoir et automatiser des tableaux de bord et rapports pour le pilotage RH (suivi des KPI, tendances, analyses prédictives).
• Identifier des insights pertinents pour optimiser les processus RH et soutenir la stratégie globale du groupe.Gestion des Outils et Données :
• Maîtriser et optimiser les outils de reporting et de visualisation (Excel avancé, Power BI idéalement).
• Assurer la qualité et la cohérence des données RH dans les systèmes d’information.
• Participer à l’amélioration des processus de collecte et de gestion des données.Collaboration et Support :
• Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes RH pour répondre aux besoins analytiques.
• Former et accompagner les utilisateurs sur les outils de reporting et d’analyse.
• Proposer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer l’exploitation des données RH.
