About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on deployment and automation of infrastructure on GCP using Terraform, and building optimized CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deploy and automate infrastructure on GCP via Terraform for all applications
- →Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, prioritizing GitLab
- →Support developers in implementing Infra-as-Code for microservices
- →Industrialize data flows around the OneHR (Workday) project
- →Secure exchanges via API, SFTP, and Google Cloud Storage
- →Support the Release Manager in securing, planning, and quality of production deployments
- →Implement proactive monitoring and rigorous incident tracking via Grafana/ELK stack
- →Continuously optimize infrastructure performance and costs (FinOps)
- →Ensure security and technical consistency of all infrastructure
- →Apply defined technical and security trajectories
- →Assist with planning and tracking of annual technical objectives
- →Maintain high technical documentation standards and delivery rigor
- →Provide support and tools to team members
- →Simplify technical topics for product lines and share best strategies with technical teams
- →Support continuous technical skill development on Cloud and new technologies
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Terraform and GCP
- ✓Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitLab
- ✓Understanding of Infra-as-Code principles
- ✓Experience with API, SFTP, and Google Cloud Storage
- ✓Familiarity with Grafana/ELK stack
- ✓Knowledge of FinOps practices
- ✓Strong technical documentation skills
- ✓Ability to support and mentor team members
- ✓Continuous learning mindset for Cloud and new technologies
