About the Role
We are looking for a Project Management Office Engineer to join our team at ALTEN Nord. This role focuses on managing and coordinating activities related to product development and production in the transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Pilot the planning, monitoring, and coordination of activities related to product development and production in the transportation sector, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements
- →Ensure the interface between technical teams, clients, and external partners to align objectives and resolve blockages
- →Develop and monitor product performance indicators (KPIs), and propose corrective action plans if necessary
- →Lead project reviews and steering committees, ensuring clear and transparent communication
- →Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes (methodologies, tools, reporting)
- →Participate in risk and opportunity management, in collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management or similar role
- ✓Strong understanding of project planning, monitoring, and coordination
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to work with technical teams, clients, and external partners
- ✓Knowledge of transportation sector preferred
- ✓Experience with KPI development and monitoring
- ✓Familiarity with risk and opportunity management
- ✓Ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives
