About the Role
We are seeking an IT Recruiter to support the growth of ALTEN’s consulting teams in the UK. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for permanent IT profiles and collaborating with Competence Centers Managers to meet hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and offer management
- →Recruit permanent IT consulting profiles
- →Work closely with Competence Centers Managers and Sales to understand current and future hiring needs
- →Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing
- →Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- →Contribute to recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, pipeline quality, and hiring targets
- →Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required
