We’re looking for someone who: 1. Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field with a minimum GPA of 3.50. 2. Maximum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Functional Consultant (experience in the insurance industry is preferred). 3. Good command of English. 4. Well-organized and comfortable with documentation. 5. Possesses solid common sense and practical thinking. 6. Not a 100% introvert — able to connect and communicate with different people daily. 7. Enjoys bonding with the team over coffee, meals, or snack breaks. 8. Takes pride in being part of a super team, not a superstar. 9. Maintains a sense of humor and composure even in challenging situations. 10. Has the courage to speak up and share ideas or opinions. 11. Detail-oriented — capable of designing a good system by thinking through every specification carefully. 12. Understands that testing is a major part of the role — test, re-test, and repeat.✔✔✔
