About the Role
We are looking for our first dedicated IT Engineer to build and maintain secure, automated internal systems at Ambience Healthcare. This role will focus on identity, device management, and SaaS governance to support our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build Okta joiner/mover/leaver workflows with role-based access and automated provisioning
- →Manage Jamf and Intune in a mixed Mac/Windows environment
- →Implement zero-touch provisioning and end-to-end Zero Trust security
- →Move IT configurations to Terraform and GitOps for version control
- →Conduct SaaS inventory and access reviews
Requirements
- ✓7+ years building IT and/or corporate security systems at a startup or high-growth company
- ✓Deep Okta experience beyond admin work
- ✓Strong hands-on Jamf and Intune experience in Mac/Windows environments
- ✓Automation skills with Terraform, APIs, and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- ✓Comfortable operating across security, IT, and engineering boundaries
- ✓In-person presence in SF, 3x/week
