About the Role
Ambient.ai is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on GTM Recruiter to lead and scale our non-engineering hiring engine, focusing on critical Go-to-Market roles. This role is pivotal in ensuring we meet our ambitious growth goals by attracting and hiring world-class non-technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage an ongoing load of 5-8 priority GTM and Customer Success requisitions
- →Drive the full recruitment process, applying deep commercial acumen to screen and discuss business methodologies
- →Serve as a key strategic partner to GTM and Corporate leadership to define talent needs
- →Continuously design, refine, and implement the end-to-end GTM recruiting process
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of full-cycle non-technical/GTM recruiting experience
- ✓Prior startup experience; thrive as a self-starter in a fast-moving environment
- ✓Proven success in personally sourcing and closing a wide range of non-technical roles
- ✓Expert-level proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms
- ✓Highly organized, metrics-driven, and possessing exceptional communication skills
