About the Role
We are AMBOSS and we are looking for dedicated support heroes to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the important link between AMBOSS and our users, helping to improve medical care for millions of people.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support our users by answering their inquiries through various channels (Zendesk, phone, and social media)
- →Advise our users on how to best use our platform
- →Stay up-to-date with product changes and quickly familiarize yourself with product information to provide current information
- →Collaborate with the team to improve our product, customer experience, and internal processes
- →Collect customer feedback and update internal databases to identify trends and share this information with our team
- →Support process improvements, growth, and marketing projects
Requirements
- ✓Very high level of German language skills and good English language skills, as English is our corporate language.
- ✓Very strong communication skills in both verbal and written form. You can break down complex issues precisely and communicate them appropriately for the target audience.
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills
- ✓Patience with complex or sensitive cases
- ✓Familiarity with various types of software and digital tools
- ✓Experience in customer support and/or healthcare is a big plus
- ✓Great personality that people enjoy working with
