About the Role
AMBOSS is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in guiding our financial planning and analysis activities, driving strategic decision-making, and providing insights that enhance our company's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the annual budgeting process, regular forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- →Analyze financial performance against targets, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
- →Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business initiatives
- →Partner with business units and department leads to align financial plans with operational goals
- →Provide financial insights to support decision-making across the organization
Requirements
- ✓Strong academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field
- ✓1-2 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or consulting
- ✓Strong understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and growth metrics
- ✓Advanced spreadsheet skills (especially Google Sheets) and experience with BI tools, SQL, or planning/reporting systems
- ✓Analytical mindset with ability to turn complex data into clear insights
- ✓Clear and structured communication skills
- ✓Collaborative approach and hands-on attitude
