About the Role
We are looking for a Partnership Manager for Latin America/México to transform medical learning and clinical practice for medical students and doctors in the region. This role involves leveraging medical expertise to bring next-generation resources to medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Shape local strategies by designing and implementing marketing and outreach plans tailored to the markets
- →Grow our community by developing and leading strategies to reach new medical students, doctors, and institutions
- →Build partnerships with medical associations, universities, and student organizations
- →Lead key campaigns by planning and running regional campaigns, roadshows, events, and webinars
- →Measure impact by tracking progress and sharing insights to improve future strategies
Requirements
- ✓Must be a licensed medical doctor in Latin America
- ✓Must be a native Spanish speaker with fluency in English (C1/C2)
- ✓In-depth understanding of the Mexican medical education system, especially ENARM
- ✓Effective communication skills in Spanish and English, both internally and externally
- ✓Results-oriented with the ability to make changes based on qualitative feedback and quantitative KPIs
- ✓Creativity and innovative thinking to approach projects from a unique perspective
- ✓Exceptional writing abilities with mastery of grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in dynamic environments
