About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team and build production-ready AI solutions that automate business processes and establish a foundation for scaling AI expertise within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and optimize an LLM platform
- βBuild RAG systems and integrate with internal data sources
- βConfigure prompts, context, and vector databases
- βAutomate actions based on user intentions (using Python or n8n workflows)
- βEnsure stability, testing, logging, and monitoring of AI components
Requirements
- β3+ years of commercial Python development experience
- β1+ year of experience in Generative AI, specifically LLM
- βPractical experience with orchestration frameworks for building LLM systems (LangChain, LangGraph)
- βUnderstanding of RAG architecture, prompt engineering techniques, and vector database operations
- βExperience deploying and orchestrating LLM models in production (API integrations, caching, monitoring, scaling)
- βBasic understanding of MLOps practices
