About the Role
We are looking for an Email Marketing Team Lead to join our team at AMO Apps, a Ukrainian IT company that helps millions of people worldwide improve their lives through healthy habits. This role focuses on building a data-driven email channel strategy that directly impacts key product metrics and developing an autonomous team capable of implementing modern tools, changing processes, and seeing the direct impact of their decisions on key metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop the email channel strategy: setting goals, defining priorities and success criteria according to product and business metrics;
- βTeam management: distributing responsibilities, developing employees, supporting autonomy and work efficiency;
- βPerformance review and development: regular evaluation of results, setting development goals, and supporting the professional growth of team members;
- βAnalytics and optimization: regular analysis of metrics, evaluation of campaign effectiveness and A/B tests, scaling successful solutions;
- βCross-team interaction: synchronization with product, analytics, design, and technical teams.
Requirements
- β3+ years of experience in email marketing with a focus on product and retention;
- β1+ years of team management experience with specific results: improving productivity, developing specialists, building processes;
- βStrategic thinking: ability to form a roadmap based on business metrics, prioritize tasks, and see long-term impact;
- βPerformance management: ability to create development plans for employees, provide quality feedback, and maintain team focus;
- βExperience with trigger and mass campaigns, A/B tests;
- βExperience with metrics and analytics: regular analysis of results, launching complex trigger campaigns, impact on key indicators;
- βUX copy & content thinking: ability to evaluate the effectiveness of messages and their relevance to segments;
- βEnglish B2+.
