About the Role
AMO APPS, a Ukrainian product IT company, helps millions of people worldwide change their lives through healthy habits. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the MadMuscles team, a leader in the Health & Fitness segment, to strengthen product teams with a systematic approach to requirement development, improve product solution quality, and support product development during scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- βFormulate and detail product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements), including decomposition considering the current mobile product architecture
- βActively participate in refinement sessions: clarifying requirements, addressing edge-cases, and supporting the development team during feature implementation
- βPresent product solutions, facilitate discussions and workshops, and ensure aligned vision of scope and priorities among all stakeholders
- βCreate, develop, and maintain up-to-date product and technical documentation, including visual diagrams and flows
Requirements
- β4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with mobile products (iOS, Android)
- βProficient in techniques for collecting and formalizing requirements (interviews, workshops, documentation analysis), experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready
- βProduct thinking and understanding of business context, experience with hypotheses and experiments
- βExperience creating and maintaining product documentation and diagrams (use cases, flow diagrams, wireframes at a reading level)
- βUnderstanding of release processes, feature flags, A/B testing, and basic knowledge of mobile development, APIs, and integrations
- βPractical experience with requirements and documentation management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma or equivalents)
- βProfessional certifications CBAP/CCBA
- βUpper-Intermediate English for documentation and research
