About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (non-tech) to join our international production studio. This role focuses on building strong creative production teams and helping talents find their place in our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- βSource creative talents using LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, and professional communities
- βDevelop smart sourcing strategies and maintain a controlled recruitment pipeline using Lever
- βManage the full recruitment cycle efficiently and with high quality
- βConduct pre-screens, interviews, syncs with hiring managers, offers, and negotiations
- βProvide a human candidate and hiring manager experience even in fast-paced production
- βAnalyze recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, conversions, and bottlenecks
- βUtilize AI tools for asynchronous interviews and sourcing to work faster and more efficiently
- βWork on employer branding through events, art festivals, networking, and community engagement
- βCollaborate daily with production, post-production, and marketing teams
Requirements
- β2+ years in recruitment, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- βExperience sourcing non-tech creative talents
- βFluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- βExperience with ATS (Lever preferred), asynchronous screens, Boolean/X-ray search, and AI assistants
- βStrong communication skills, process control, and responsibility
- βQuick adaptation, unconventional thinking, and problem-solving skills
- βData literacy, ability to create clear reports, and share insights with management
