About the Role
AMO APPS, a Ukrainian product IT company, helps millions of people worldwide improve their lives through healthy habits. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for tech, product, marketing, operations, and support positions, as well as developing and improving our hiring system.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage full-cycle recruitment from kick-off meetings to offers, handling up to 4 positions simultaneously
- βPartner with business teams to build long-term hiring strategies
- βAnalyze recruitment funnels and conversions to identify growth opportunities
- βDevelop and improve recruitment processes and tools
- βTrain hiring managers and test new recruitment approaches
Requirements
- βMinimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- βExperience conducting various interview formats (structured, competency-based, situational)
- βAnalytical thinking and data analysis skills
- βProactive approach to finding new recruitment methods
- βFlexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- βStrong sense of responsibility and result-oriented mindset
