About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to help Amoria Bond expand our internal team in our vibrant Amsterdam office. This role involves recruiting internally for Amoria Bond, focusing on finding and hiring recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and grow your network of candidates primarily through LinkedIn
- →Manage the entire candidate process: sourcing, qualifying, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding
- →Represent Amoria Bond as your 'client' and make a compelling case for your candidates
Requirements
- ✓A driven, ambitious attitude and a love for working in a results-oriented team environment
- ✓Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for connecting with people
- ✓Fluency in Dutch or German and English, or a minimum of 1 year of sales or recruitment experience
- ✓Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service or recruitment is a plus
- ✓You live in the proximity of Amsterdam
