About the Role
Amperity is seeking a Lead ML Engineer to join our AI-first company. You'll lead ML projects across multiple teams, guiding technical direction and platform capabilities for our AI-driven products. Working with Applied Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product teams, you'll deliver production ML systems that create measurable customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect ML platform components including feature stores, model registries, and serving infrastructure
- →Build automated training and deployment pipelines for model improvement
- →Design real-time and batch feature engineering systems for identity resolution and predictive models
- →Improve model inference latency while managing infrastructure costs
- →Establish MLOps best practices and operational standards
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience building production ML systems
- ✓Technical leadership experience driving ML platform evolution
- ✓Expertise in ML deployment patterns, model serving, and monitoring
- ✓Software engineering skills with Python and ML frameworks
- ✓Experience with cloud-native ML infrastructure and orchestration
