About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our global team at Analytic Partners. This role focuses on planning, building, and optimizing multitouch global demand generation programs with a focus on account-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, build, scale and optimize multitouch global demand generation programs utilizing various marketing tactics with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM)
- →Build and optimize lead nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel
- →Participate in external vendor meetings to better understand and maximize AP’s demand generation platform capabilities
- →Analyze campaign performance, including conversion rates, MQLs, pipeline tracking and ROI
- →Work closely with sales, operations, content, and design teams to align messaging, assets, and campaign tracking
- →Monitor and report on key demand generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- →Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email, landing page, and ad performance
- →Assist in managing the demand generation budget
- →Maintain a pulse on latest marketing trends and the actions of our competitors
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- ✓Minimum 5 years in a demand generation role managing $1M+ annual paid media budget
- ✓Proven track record of accelerating revenue growth and executing experimentation plans
- ✓Expertise in paid advertising tools (Google Search, LinkedIn), programmatic display advertising, email marketing, content syndication, SEO, trade publications, ABM tools (6sense preferred), Salesforce, and HubSpot
- ✓Strong working knowledge of Excel
- ✓Data-driven with strong analytical skills
- ✓Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and optimization
- ✓A proactive, self-starter who excels at multitasking and prioritizing
- ✓Strong project management skills, experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
