About the Role

ANSER is seeking a Cloud Engineer & Enterprise Cloud Administrator to provide direct support to an Intelligence Community customer. This role involves supporting engineering, administration, optimization, and compliance activities for a secure, unclassified enterprise cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• →Support engineering, administration, and operations of the customer’s secure, unclassified enterprise cloud environment.
• →Assist with development of a Requirements Review Report identifying stakeholder needs, evolving requirements, capability gaps, and recommended technical solutions.
• →Support development and execution of a Project Execution Plan based on Government-approved requirements.
• →Administer cloud accounts, manage usage, and allocate resources within approved governance structures.
• →Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure services in coordination with the customer’s IT organization and Chief Information Office.
• →Coordinate transition of completed research program artifacts into the enterprise cloud environment.
• →Research and evaluate cloud-based technical solutions and translate user requirements into implementable cloud architectures and services.
• →Provide technical recommendations for Government consideration and implement approved cloud solutions.
• →Support compliance assessments and remediation planning associated with Authority to Develop (ATD) and Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements.
• →Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and service configuration issues and document resolutions.
• →Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for enterprise cloud operations and administration.
• →Assist with development of dashboards and reports supporting Government oversight.
