About the Role

ANSER is seeking a Training Specialist Expert to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO) in developing and delivering cyber workforce training. This role involves providing technical guidance, creating learning materials, and administering programs to enhance knowledge and skills across the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and update training modules for cyber workforce upskilling and professional development
→Create video training and multimedia products to increase program awareness
→Design and deploy training materials explaining cyber occupational structures to HR practitioners
→Provide technical advice to enhance training content and delivery methods
→Administer knowledge and skills enhancement programs
→Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals
→Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

Requirements

✓Active Secret Security Clearance
✓Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, or related field
✓10 years of professional experience in workforce training or related roles supporting federal, military, or defense organizations
✓Experience designing and delivering technical or cyber-focused training programs
✓Experience developing instructional materials and multimedia content
✓Experience supporting workforce skill development initiatives
