Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Define and execute the roadmap for AI/ML projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategy.
• Architect and oversee the development of scalable, robust, and production-grade AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Drive best practices for the full machine learning lifecycle, including MLOps, CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and governance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI/ML, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI, to identify and implement new opportunities.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Strong understanding or experience leading AI/ML teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Deep expertise in time series forecasting and machine learning.
• Experience architecting and deploying scalable, production-grade AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and autonomous agent architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices (testing, code review, CI/CD).
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time with high quality.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of delivering impactful AI solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks like Spark.
• Familiarity with the challenges of applying AI in enterprise planning or financial domains.
• A portfolio of published research or contributions to open-source AI projects.
