What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Design, lead, and execute security programs to mitigate security risks and achieve key security objectives
β’ Convert insights from Anaplanβs security programs and assessments into actionable security programs and large scale initiatives
β’ Collaborate and lead technical and non-technical stakeholders across various disciplines to integrate and operationalize security controls, promoting widespread adoption of secure solutions and best practices across the organization
β’ Establish clear, measurable metrics to demonstrate and track the performance and impact of our security programs and initiatives
β’ Manage all stakeholder expectations from leadership to individual teams, possess strong problem solving and negotiation skills, and earn the trust of partners and teams.
β’ Support our security innovation and proof-of-concept process, ensring our teams are focused on the right problems at the right time
β’ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, internally and externally, on driving forward security objectives.
β’ Partner closely with the CISO to prepare executive reporting, regular status updates, deliver company-wide communications, lead program reviews, and ensure leadership has visibility into critical security milestones, blockers, and risks
More About You
β’ Proven experience in the field of security and/or technical program management
β’ Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations, including SOC 2, ISO 27001:2022, ISO 27701, ISO 27017, ISO 22301, ISO 42001, HITRUST, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, GDPR, UK Cyber Essentials, HIPAA
β’ Familiarity with networking, storage, containerization (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
β’ Comfortable working in a fast moving environment and are flexible working with a variety of leadership
Qualifications
β’ Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Security Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent years of experience in a related technical field
β’ Expertise with cloud-based services and infrastructure (AWS, Google Workspace, Google Cloud, etc.)
β’ Project planning and execution skills that include JIRA experience, reviewing technical design documents, security controls, estimating, and scheduling.
