You will be the central professional resource for our insurance renewals and a key contributor to our corporate governance and entity management. You will work at the intersection of operational resilience and legal excellence, helping to drive our vision of blazing the trail of digital asset finance. We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Member of Legal Operations role: Technical Skills: • Manage the annual insurance renewal calendar, ensuring all data requests are sourced from internal departments and delivered to brokers with precision. • Translate complex insurance policy terms into clear, actionable information for internal stakeholders to ensure they understand relevant coverages and limitations. • Assist with corporate governance workflows, including maintaining the entity database and supporting global filings to ensure all entities remain in good standing. Complexity and Impact of Work: • Identify, suggest, and help implement process improvements to optimize insurance data collection and renewal workflows. • Manage multiple, concurrent work-streams across different legal functions, helping to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines. Communication and Influence: • Collaborate with the legal team and company stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and compliance with deadlines. • Possess strong communication skills, navigating sensitive information with decorum, precision, and investment in the work. Organizational Knowledge: • Support & assist with the development and maintenance of internal resources such as training references on legal topics for the company at large. • Provide support in maintaining and managing company-wide legal records and files, ensuring compliance to company policies and external regulations.
