About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Web Brand Designer UI/UX to join our dedicated Brand Team at Anchorage Digital. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary guardian of our digital brand experience, responsible for translating our core brand identity, vision, and mission into exceptional, consistent, and user-centric web and product interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI mockups, screens, and components for web platforms and digital products
- →Lead the design of key marketing assets, including high-conversion landing pages, email templates, and brand websites
- →Create all necessary visual content for digital campaigns, including advertisements, social media graphics, and promotional banners
- →Collaborate on the development and maintenance of the Digital Design System and UI component library
- →Stay ahead of the curve on the latest UI/UX trends, design technology, and digital design best practices
- →Work closely with Product and Development teams during implementation to ensure the final product build perfectly matches the approved design and visual brand standards
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in web design and knowledge of UI/UX
- ✓The ability to take ownership of the design process, think holistically, and articulate design decisions that deliver both user and business value
- ✓Excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments
- ✓A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work
- ✓Experience in designing for tech industry
