As a Product Manager in our Wealth and Asset Management Solutions (WAMS) team, you will be at the forefront of transforming how financial institutions manage and service digital assets at scale. Our team builds comprehensive solutions that enable wealth managers, asset managers, and other financial institutions to offer crypto products and services to their clients while maintaining the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance.
You will help drive the growth of our ledgerized service infrastructure, which sits atop Anchorage's institutional-grade custody platform. This system allows financial institutions to create and manage accounts from their customers, trade their assets, stake and participate on-chain in novel ways, and provide detailed reporting and reconciliation capabilities that meet the exacting standards of the world's largest financial organizations.
You will combine deep product thinking with an understanding of both traditional finance and digital assets to help build solutions that bridge these worlds. You'll work closely with enterprise clients to understand their needs and translate them into scalable products that enable the next generation of institutional crypto adoption.

Technical Skills:
β’ Drive the detailed prioritization of the CaaS platform roadmap, balancing foundational infrastructure work, partner-facing features, compliance requirements, and developer experience.
β’ Build comprehensive go-to-market strategy and execution, including defining success metrics, tracking adoption KPIs, and iterating based on partner feedback and data.
β’ Build deep understanding of system architecture, including multi-tenant platform design, API gateway patterns, ledger systems, and event-driven architectures, and communicate clear requirements to engineering.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
β’ Lead and influence cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Security, and GTM while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
β’ Manage independent decision-making through ambiguity inherent in scaling a platform and take full ownership of the CaaS product line and its growth.
β’ Demonstrate product leadership that elevates team performance, attracts top talent, and establishes Anchorage as the definitive infrastructure-as-a-service provider in digital assets.
Organizational Knowledge:
β’ Deliver company objectives through strategic product decisions that unlock new partner revenue while strengthening Anchorage's regulatory moat.
β’ Actively contribute to organizational strategy by identifying how CaaS capabilities can also benefit direct institutional clients.
Communication and Influence:
β’ Effectively influence and motivate across all levels of the organization, this role requires alignment from founders through to individual engineers.
β’ Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the CaaS platform, presenting to partners, at industry events, and to Anchorage leadership.
β’ Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership on platform strategy, competitive positioning, and market opportunity.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
β’ 7+ years of product management experience, with significant experience building B2B2C, payment or platform/infrastructure products.
β’ Proven track record building 0-to-1 platform products β ideally in fintech, banking-as-a-service, payments, or crypto infrastructure.
β’ Deep understanding of platform business models β including API-first products, developer ecosystems, multi-tenant architectures, and partner enablement.
β’ Experience with regulated financial services β you understand the interplay between product velocity and compliance requirements (AML/KYC, bank regulations, money transmission).
β’ Strong technical fluency β you can go deep on API design, system architecture, ledger systems, and data models, and you earn credibility with engineering teams.
β’ Experience defining and shipping compliance-embedded products β where regulatory requirements are not a bolt-on but a core part of the product value proposition.
β’ You self-describe as some combination of the following: creative, humble, ambitious, detail oriented, hard working, trustworthy, eager to learn, methodical, action oriented, and tenacious.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if you have:
β’ Built or led a banking-as-a-service, custody-as-a-service, or payments-as-a-service platform.
β’ Direct experience with crypto custody, digital asset wallets, or blockchain infrastructure.
β’ Worked on multi-jurisdictional product launches involving complex regulatory coordination.
β’ Background in engineering, equipping you with the acumen to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
β’ Experience with white-label or embedded finance products.
