Anders Group is seeking an ambitious Healthcare Recruiter to join their corporate office in Las Colinas/Irving, TX. This is a sales-driven role where you will source, screen, and present candidates to deliver high-quality healthcare professionals for assignments with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage with candidates through phone, email, and social media
- →Source candidates interested in traveling careers
- →Present candidates as potential matches, highlighting their strengths
- →Collaborate with providers to create meaningful work opportunities
- →Initiate phone calls to candidates and qualify potential candidates
- →Utilize recruiting tools to develop a pipeline of candidates
- →Develop relationships with candidates and influence them regarding the job market
- →Create candidates’ compensation packages and submit profiles to clients
- →Build relationships with Travelers while on assignment
- →Identify and address concerns with Travelers on assignment
- →Post jobs on Anders Group outlets
Requirements
- ✓Associates/Bachelors degree preferred
- ✓Experience in sales or service industry preferred
- ✓Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook
- ✓Sales mentality with closing ability
