Anders Group is seeking an ambitious Healthcare Recruiter to join their corporate office in Las Colinas/Irving, TX. This is a sales-driven role where you will source, screen, and present candidates to deliver high-quality healthcare professionals for assignments with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Source candidates through various platforms interested in traveling careers
- →Present candidates as potential matches, highlighting their strengths
- →Initiate phone calls to candidates and qualify potential candidates for hire
- →Utilize recruiting tools to develop a pipeline of potential candidates
- →Develop relationships with candidates and influence them regarding the job market
- →Create candidates’ compensation packages and submit profiles to clients
- →Build relationships with Travelers while on assignment to maintain customer service
- →Post jobs on Anders Group outlets
Requirements
- ✓Associates/Bachelors degree preferred
- ✓Experience in sales or service industry preferred
- ✓Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook
- ✓Sales mentality with closing ability
