About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Procure to Pay (PTP) Product Manager with deep Oracle supply chain experience to join Anduril Industries. This role involves maximizing the value captured from the company's new ERP system by addressing shortcomings, extending functionality, and engineering workarounds to optimize digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

→Maximize the value Anduril captures from its new ERP on all things PTP by addressing shortcomings and technical debt
→Partner with internal/external customers to provide guidance on Oracle Fusion capabilities
→Optimize Procure to Pay capabilities across the enterprise
→Uplevel the understanding of our ERP’s capabilities across other parts of ArsenalOS
→Work with other product managers to address integration needs and deliver cross-functional capabilities
→Act as a product evangelist and thought leader
→Partner with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate system tools
→Contribute to product or technical knowledge assets
→Support and deliver enterprise model product training

Requirements

✓7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle solutions at manufacturing companies
✓Expertise in the interplay of supply chain and manufacturing processes between MES, WMS and ERP
✓Product Oriented, Outcome Driven
✓First Principles Thinking
✓Excellent business and technical communication skills
✓U.S. Person status is required
✓Ability to be in-office full time and willingness to travel up to 25-50%
✓Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion PTP modules and BPM Worklist tasks
