About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. This role will own and drive the full-cycle hiring strategy for software teams within the Air Dominance and Strike division.
Key Responsibilities
- →Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects
- →Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques and automation
- →Collaborate with talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and senior leadership
- →Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates
- →Use tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem to engage passive candidates
- →Build talent maps and leverage market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies
- →Represent Anduril's brand internally and externally
- →Influence and elevate recruitment best practices
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- ✓7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in executive search
- ✓Ability to convey complex information in simple terms
- ✓Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Deep knowledge of recruitment technology
- ✓Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
