This role involves recruiting top-tier talent for electrical, mechanical, and firmware engineers, and shaping our long-term talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• →Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across the TRS division
• →Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques and automation
• →Collaborate with talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy
• →Apply breadth and depth in recruiting tools and industry best practices
• →Leverage understanding of labor market and trends related to hiring
• →Own and execute pipeline direction, driving results through metrics-based measurement
• →Resolve complex talent problems and improve processes
• →Manage the hiring roadmap and execution to meet goals for multiple teams
