About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Social Content Strategist to join Anthropic's team. This role focuses on building and managing Claude for Enterprise's social presence, translating complex enterprise value into compelling stories for business buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and launch Claude for Enterprise's social presence, defining how Claude shows up for business buyers
- →Manage strategy, content calendar, voice, and day-to-day execution across relevant social channels
- →Develop customer stories and use-case content that enterprise buyers find useful and credible
- →Shape how product launches are communicated to an enterprise audience
- →Coordinate with sales and demand-generation teams to ensure social content supports the broader enterprise pipeline
- →Track performance using engagement, sentiment, and other relevant metrics
- →Collaborate with the creative team on asset production
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or enterprise comms
- ✓Strong editorial judgment and instincts for messaging and framing
- ✓Ability to operate with high autonomy in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- ✓Experience building or scaling a LinkedIn presence for a B2B brand
- ✓Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams
- ✓A genuine curiosity about AI and how organizations are adopting it
- ✓Willingness to become a deep Claude user
- ✓Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
