About the Role
We are looking for a Video Producer to join the Enterprise Marketing team at Anthropic. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases our products and customers, from product launch videos to customer stories and enterprise-focused content.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end production process for live-action video projects including product launch videos, customer stories, and enterprise marketing content
- →Work on webinars, livestreams, and virtual events, managing technical and logistical elements
- →Receive and interpret creative briefs from marketing stakeholders
- →Identify gaps, risks, and missing pieces across projects
- →Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external production agencies, freelance crews, and post-production vendors
- →Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work
- →Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external agencies
- →Coordinate cross-functionally with product marketing, brand, communications, and customer teams
- →Oversee productions on set and through post-production
- →Manage the review and approval process across internal stakeholders
- →Build and maintain scalable production processes, templates, and vendor rosters
- →Stay current with video production trends and best practices
Requirements
- ✓6 years of professional video producing experience in-house at a technology company
- ✓Experience sourcing and managing external production agencies and vendors
- ✓Highly organized and detail-oriented with a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Ability to translate business objectives and marketing briefs into production plans
- ✓Understanding of the full production workflow
- ✓Comfortable holding external partners accountable
- ✓Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
- ✓Strong judgment about what it takes to make a project successful
- ✓Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
