• You will lead a team of currently four employees in both technical and managerial capacities and drive their professional and organizational development. In doing so, you will set clear priorities, improve processes, and foster solution-oriented collaboration. • Your product responsibility begins as early as the development phase of our modern devices. Your first key milestones will be the construction and verification of prototypes. In addition, you are responsible for transitioning the devices from development to series production and ensuring compliance with product-specific requirements. • You ensure reliable series production in accordance with specifications and maintain consistent product quality. To this end, you analyze any specification deviations that arise, identify causes, and initiate sustainable improvement measures. • You coordinate all necessary process and product changes and manage all related activities at the interface between product management, development, and production. In doing so, you always keep the big picture in mind and ensure the efficient and structured implementation of technical changes.
