About the Role
We are looking for a Developer Advocate to join Anyscale, a company democratizing distributed computing and making it accessible to software developers. This role focuses on driving developer advocacy efforts across EMEA, with a strong emphasis on AI infrastructure, distributed systems, and AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute the EMEA Developer Advocacy strategy in alignment with the global DevRel team
- →Define, track, and report on KPIs for EMEA advocacy activities
- →Represent Ray and Anyscale across EMEA as a trusted technical advocate
- →Build a strong presence on X, LinkedIn, blogs, and other developer-facing platforms
- →Speak at meetups, conferences, hackathons, and customer events throughout the region
- →Partner with external Ray users to produce high-quality technical content
- →Collaborate with the Solutions and Engineering teams to build reference implementations, demos, and example applications
- →Nurture and expand Ray’s developer community across various online channels
- →Plan and execute EMEA-focused meetups, workshops, hackathons, and regional conference presence
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience in Developer Relations / Developer Advocacy
- ✓Strong technical background in distributed systems, data platforms, and machine learning
- ✓Hands-on software development experience
- ✓Familiarity with modern AI workloads, including LLM training, inference, and GenAI pipelines
- ✓Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts
- ✓Comfortable operating independently while collaborating across global teams
- ✓Experience engaging developers across multiple countries and cultures in EMEA
- ✓Location & Eligibility
- ✓This role is based in London, UK, with a hybrid work arrangement
- ✓Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
- ✓Regular travel across EMEA is expected
