About the Role
Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support their Business Development and Sales organization. This role will design and implement systems, tools, and processes to enhance sales team efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own Apex’s BD data infrastructure including CRM, dashboards, and forecasting models
- →Define and enforce pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline across the sales organization
- →Track and analyze bookings, pipeline health, and funnel metrics with regular reporting
- →Build and maintain pricing, costing, and margin tools to support deal strategy
- →Design and roll out BD process standards, templates, and playbooks
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in sales operations
- ✓Analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing startup
- ✓Advanced Excel and CRM proficiency
- ✓U.S. Person status required for export controlled data access
