About the Role
Apex Companies is seeking a talented Project Manager with drinking water experience to join their Northeast Division. This role involves providing technical leadership for water system design-related projects throughout New England.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage project implementation with assigned project teams and ensure compliance with company policies
- →Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets for approval
- →Supervise and direct technical staff, providing training and technical guidance
- →Consult with technical staff and Project Managers on technical challenges
- →Ensure technical accuracy of projects through regular communications and reviews
- →Track project costs and ensure timely invoicing
- →Prepare proposals, participate in project interviews, and attend public meetings
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering with 9+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 8+ years of experience
- ✓Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent professional registration
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and contractors
- ✓Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory framework
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Valid driver’s license
