About the Role
We are looking for a motivated analyst to join our team that bridges Commercial and Data worlds. This role involves translating business needs into technical tasks and ensuring Commercial teams have the right information to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with Commercial and Data teams to translate business needs into technical tasks
- →Identify trends and patterns in data to improve sales, growth, and customer satisfaction
- →Create and maintain dashboards used across the business
- →Train Commercial teams on using dashboards for data-backed reporting
- →Help define ambiguous requests and work with Engineering to ensure systems meet business goals
- →Work under guidance of senior analysts to sharpen technical skills
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- ✓1–2 years of hands-on experience working with data
- ✓Comfortable writing SQL queries involving joins, aggregations, and CTEs
- ✓Experience with modern data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) is a plus
- ✓Some experience using Python for data tasks, including cleaning data with pandas
- ✓Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates
