Applied Intuition is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Sunnyvale, California. This role is designed for individuals with 2-3 years of work experience in communication-intensive roles who are ready to transition into tech recruiting. The position offers a foundation in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on AI tools and the autonomy industry.

Key Responsibilities

→Work alongside senior recruiters to find and hire talent for autonomous systems and AI roles
→Source and reach out to candidates in effective, non-spam ways
→Conduct phone screens to quickly understand candidate qualifications and career goals
→Own the candidate experience end-to-end
→Get hands-on with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby, and Juicebox
→Participate in recruiting operations including university programs and talent branding events
→Become an expert on AI applications in recruiting and HR
