About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to spearhead Content Scaling and Brand Standards initiatives using AI-driven workflows. This role involves leading the construction and delivery of complex client projects while mentoring engineering teams and implementing next-generation AI patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own delivery and execution by translating architectural blueprints into detailed technical tasks
- →Ensure engineering rigor and quality to build enterprise-grade solutions
- →Learn and implement AI patterns including agentic workflows and RAG systems
- →Provide team leadership and mentorship to foster psychological safety
- →Partner with Solution Architects or client stakeholders to manage scope and expectations
Requirements
- ✓Proven leadership experience at Staff/Lead level delivering complex software projects
- ✓Deep proficiency in modern software development with strong Typescript and Javascript skills
- ✓Strong system design fundamentals including queues, caching, and database schemas
- ✓Demonstrated curiosity and interest in Generative AI with comfort reading Python
- ✓Excellent English communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Experience working effectively with distributed teams across North America and LATAM time zones
