About the Role
We are looking for a Freelance Solutions Architect with expertise in integrating Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation tools. This role involves guiding implementations from planning through execution and acting as a subject matter expert for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide CRM, CDP, and marketing automation system implementations from start to finish
- →Recognize technology solutions for business challenges and design Martech stacks
- →Provide specifications and requirements for internal technical teams
- →Lead implementation projects and communicate deliverables with clients
- →Act as a subject matter expert in sales presentations and client meetings
- →Support marketing analytics and reporting as needed
- →Understand multi-channel transactional and marketing messaging
- →Understand user states, events, and journey mapping
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in software development
- ✓5+ years of experience integrating third-party tools and developing ETL solutions
- ✓2+ years of direct experience with Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Treasure Data, or similar CDP tools
- ✓2+ years of experience in client or stakeholder interaction
- ✓Experience designing and architecting CDP or marketing automation integrations
- ✓Experience with APIs, Mobile SDKs, HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
- ✓Experience with cloud technology such as AWS, GCP, Heroku, or iPaas
- ✓Experience determining cross-platform technical requirements for Martech tools
- ✓Technical experience configuring automated campaigns in lifecycle marketing tools
- ✓Experience with other Martech stack tools including analytics and attribution
- ✓Understanding of marketing attribution and platform integration audits
- ✓Proficiency with JSON or SQL/data modeling best practices
- ✓Experience with data activation using reverse ETL tools
- ✓Proficiency with scripting languages and lambda functions
- ✓Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
- ✓Platform experience with Shopify or Magento
